Returns

Cancellations: Since we move quickly to print, cut, and sew your custom handmade merchandise, we cannot accept modifications or cancellations to your orders once submitted. As a print on-demand company, we do not carry inventory and each product is crafted with pristine detail to fit your design needs.

Damages or Defects: Only time we take returns is when a Damage or defect occurs. By sending an email to dreamsofrulers@gmail.com, your photo of damage or defect, and receipt within 7 days of purchase, we will reimburse you & send you a replacement package for the inconvenience.

Dream$ of Ruler$ will not honor defect requests which are attributed to your customers size concerns, ONLY Design Flaws, which may include: spelling, grammatical, font, design, or appearance errors, if such errors are attributed to your submitted order. Please review our sizing charts before orders are placed to ensure our sizing meets your product requirements for you.
